Test equipment and means
We have passed the certification of ISO9001 quality system in November 27th, 2011. To ensure our fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks have a high quality standard, the company purchased a batch of advanced testing equipment, including universal material testing machine, pressure test machine, stiffness tester, gamma ray detector, dynamic and static balance testing machine, air pressure testing device.
A full range of testing equipment and top-ranking testing means have laid a solid foundation for our long-term development.
Production facility
Our company has 21 set of world class computer controlled filament winding machines, and 2159 sets of fiberglass reinforced plastic production equipment and moulds. Besides, our company are equipped with dozens of winding machines, embossing machines, lathes, milling machines, planer, drill machines and CNC shearing machine.
